Looking for a pro-active Senior level Cloud Architect and Engineer with a broad range of skills to deploy and manage the Idemia MBSS search software in our intelligence customer environment. This person will aid in every part of the delivery cycle, from engagement with senior customers to software development as a forward-deployed member of Agile teams.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience dealing with customers;
• Must possess “people skills”
• Proficient in Java
• Experience with JavaScript / Typescript
• Experience with application frameworks (Spring Boot, NodeJS-NestJS); Experience developing applications with the Node.js framework
• Experience with Python
• Must know to use an IDE to code (ex – IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans)
• Hands on experience with cloud technology (AWS / C2S)
• Experience with web services (REST) and service oriented architecture (SOA) – Spring Boot, Tomcat
• Experience with relational databases (ex – Oracle / Postgres)
• Experience with interacting in a Linux environment (ex – Bash scripting, VI)
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently (MUST leave ego at the door)
• Ability to work well in a constantly evolving, fast paced work environment
• BS/BA in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Optional Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
– AWS certifications, like associates and developer
– At least 2 years of C2S experience
– Demonstrated experience of the following;
Cloud formation
– Serverless architectures and implementations
– Big data solutions for data lake implementations (Elasticsearch)
– Managing complex customer relationships and requirements gathering
– Experience with migrating workloads to the cloud
– Injecting detailed technical direction into teams for adoption
