As a federal contractor, B4Corp is obligated by law to maintain a record of certain employee and candidate information, including gender, race/ethnicity, disability, and veteran status. We are also required to report this information to the US Department of Labor. Therefore, we are implementing best practices to actively engage everyone in the voluntary self-identification process.
These questionnaires are entirely optional, but we strongly encourage your participation. Your decision to participate or not will not result in any adverse treatment. However, if you choose not to participate, we will need to make determinations regarding your gender and race/ethnicity based on available documentation or observation. Therefore, voluntary self-identification is preferred.
