Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

The Candidates team shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience. Each resource shall possess all/most of the requirements below to ensure for a high-performing team:
· Demonstrated experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
· Demonstrated experience estimating and managing software development schedules and deliverables.
· Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment.
· Demonstrated experience developing detailed software design and associated deliverables.
· Demonstrated experience in translating customer and system requirements into design.
· Demonstrated experience designing new system interfaces.
· Demonstrated experience coordinating, supporting, and participating in program meetings and reviews.
· Demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience developing Single Page Applications using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, and Angular 2+.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience developing RESTful web services using Java 8+, Spring Framework 4+, and Spring Security 4+.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience working with non-relational database systems such as DynamoDB (other on-the-job database experience accepted).
· Demonstrated hands-on experience with and troubleshooting of Internet/Web related protocols and technologies (e.g. Tomcat, Nodejs, Web Services, and SSL).
· Demonstrated hands-on experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests and experience with testing platforms such as Jest or Karma.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.

Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
· Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining systems that utilize websockets.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience developing user interfaces using Angular Material.
· Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, Lean Agile environment.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience doing rapid prototyping and application development with significant user interaction.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience developing using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and JQuery.
· Demonstrated hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Perl, and Python) and/or ability to automate routine operations through scripts or tool sets.
· Demonstrated experience with Customer’s IT systems, missions, and strategies.
· Demonstrated experience communicating with senior customers, senior management, and implementation partners.
· Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining JIRA tickets.
· Demonstrated experience with AWS and Azure.
