Mandatory Requirements:
1) Backstage support: Backstage is an open-source framework for building developer portals. Powered by a centralized software catalog, Backstage restores order to your microservices and infrastructure and enables your product teams to ship high-quality code quickly — without compromising autonomy.
Backstage unifies all your infrastructure tooling, services, and documentation to create a streamlined development environment from end to end.
The developer in this role would support Backstage as well as help dev teams on-boarding to use Backstage.
2) Chaos engineering tool support: Exact product is TBD at this time. The developer in this role would support Chaos Engineering software that enables teams to identify weaknesses & potential outages in infrastructures by inducing chaos tests in a controlled way. This role would also involve assisting developer teams to on-board utilizing this tool in order to test the robustness of their applications.
3) Ad-Hoc special projects. There will likely be other Developer centric tools that the project team will want to explore and test out as possible offerings to our developer team customers. The developer in this role will need to help with vetting and testing in a development environment to assist the customer with product selection.
