Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

Experience: Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Technical Skills: Mastery of multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and frameworks.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for tackling complex challenges.

Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and environments.

Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Details:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing in Java

• Experience with JavaScript / Typescript

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.). Strong understanding of OCR tools and libraries (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision API, etc.).

• Must know to use an IDE to code (ex – Jenkins, IntelliJ, Eclipse, NetBeans)

• Hands on experience with cloud technology (AWS / C2S) services such as (Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, SNS, etc).

Experience with web services (REST) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) – Spring Boot, Tomcat

• Experience with relational databases (ex – MySQL / Postgres)

• Experience with interacting in a Linux environment (ex – Bash scripting, VI)

• Ability to present and talk to technical infrastructure (Code Reviews; PDR; etc.)

• Ability to work on shift between projects based on priorities

• Ability to work well with others as well as independently

• BS/BA in Software Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar OR equivalent combination of education and experience of at least 16+ years program equivalent experience *Will consider someone with less total program equivalent experience as long as they can successfully perform the role with minimal supervision.

Optional Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will learn how to visualize queried data into reports and dashboards

• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to present, discuss, influence technical solutions

• Experience with Microservices

• Experience with front end development using Angular 10

• Familiarity with Source code management and integration (ex – GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins)

• Experience in an Agile environment

• Python

Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.
