Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Integrator to manage our high-side Jira board effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various project components, ensuring seamless communication among team members, and maintaining accurate documentation within Jira. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and proficiency in Jira administration.

* Manage and maintain a high-side Jira board for multiple projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Create and configure Jira workflows, custom fields, and dashboards to meet project needs.
* Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
* Ensure all project tasks, issues, and dependencies are accurately documented and tracked in Jira.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proactively addressing them to keep projects on track.
* Generate reports and metrics to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Act as a liaison between the customer and the team to foster collaboration and streamline communication.

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
* Proficiency in Jira administration, including configuring workflows, creating custom fields, and managing permissions.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Optional Requirements:

* Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
* Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Experience with integrating Jira with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Git).
