Mandatory Requirements:

a. Work in a mostly Linux development environment.
b. Maintain, develop, and support an orchestrated (CI/CD, SecDevOps) build, test and deployment pipeline for all environments and code.
c. Maintain, develop, and support a custom hardened CentOS Linux, USB-bootable runtime environment.
d. Develop, support, and maintain a custom hardened Linux Rocky container.
e. Maintain and support a legacy Java codebase, as well as legacy codebase support and deployment tools.
f. Develop, support, and maintain a Python codebase.
g. Develop, support, and maintain an integrated GOTS, OSS, and COTS data processing pipeline.
h. Develop, support, and maintain the use of relational and non-relational databases within the product.
i. Develop, support, and maintain the use of JSON, API, encryption, and logging requirements.
j. Develop, support, and maintain web front-end development.
k. Develop, support, and maintain the orchestration, queueing and elastic deployment of containers and processing jobs across a dynamic number of deployed processing containers.
l. Routinely work to optimize and accelerate processing such as reduce time and increase effectiveness.
m. Routinely work to enhance the overall backend and UI software requirements as part of a customer defined roadmap of requirements and needs.
n. Integrate the output audit and logging of file processing into other customer data analytic activities.
o. Analyze audit and log data to enhance the customers overarching mission.
p. Create deployment packages, both virtual and physical, and coordinate their delivery to customers.
q. Create reliable, fault tolerant software using methodology to increase operational use and security throughout the software lifecycle.
r. Analyze and study complex system and software requirements.
s. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and resiliency.
t. Translate detailed design into computer software and implement and deploy commercial packages for customers.
u. Prepare required documentation including both program-level and user-level documentation.
v. Enhance software solutions to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
w. Provide technical guidance in the conveyance of software engineering techniques and use of automated support tools.
x. Create detailed flow charts, programs, and tests; coordinate with project manager, systems engineer, and software developers, to ensure code is implemented according to system specification.
y. Develop software solutions, in conjunction with functional users, system alternatives and solutions; and prepare test plans and test data for proposed software solutions.
z. Use existing enterprise services rather than building single-purpose solutions; any deviations require prior approval via the Customer-approved waiver process.
aa. Catalog, manage and protect application data using enterprise services.
