Looking for experienced Data Analysts to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience. This program delivers Enterprise Computing engineering services with modern technology solutions with that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Data Analysts will be working with key IT service providers to deliver data analysis services with regard to performance and outages.
Estimated Salary:
Position Level: Level 2 – Expert
Salary Range: Up to $195,000.00 per year

Mandatory Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
Seeking Data Analysts with a minimum of 11 years’ work experience, and a Bachelors and/or Masters degree with significant experience in the following required areas:
Experience working with IT enterprise system data to determine root cause in tactical troubleshooting efforts and drive resolution to systemic enterprise performance issues
Experience with data analytic tools to create custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards for all consumers to include hands-on engineers, PMs, and executives
In partnership with service teams, determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications, understanding how systems integrate to dive thoughtful decisions.
Working with various cloud and on premises system configurations
Working within various ticketing systems to track work and log potential threats and issues (eg; JIRA, ServiceNow)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Splunk certification
Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security
Ability to interpret, modify, and create scripts using Python or Shell
